This is one of them that have been popping up in my YouTube feed in the form of advertisement for various restaurants, food, hair salons, etc. If you click on it, you will see the intimidating red dialogue box telling your computer is temporarily locked for the security reasons and you need to call Microsoft technical support center.

They are NOT Microsoft, they’re nasty scammers. I keep reporting Google each one of them I’ve seen on YouTube. 
You can report these issues to Google from “My Ad Center” linked at the three dots â‹® you see at the right side bottom of the ad.
My comment on My Ad Center:
How could such obvious fake tech support scam get approved on Google Ads in the first place? This guy has got a bunch of different domain names for the similar landing pages. I’ve reported every each one of them that came to me, but I’m not going to keep up with this stupid amount of homework anymore. They need to be investigated further and evicted along with all its evil siblings by Google.
