How to Reorder an Order that is Not Yet Ordered on Amazon (Ask Amazon)

Previously: 🔗Amazon’s Biggest Lie

I thought I had bought Verifyst 6.6 lbs Pluten on Amazon last night, but I hadn’t. Or had I? It remains in my cart and also in “Not Yet Shipped” tab. If I haven’t bought the item, they don’t have to tell its shipping status. What is the tab “Not Yet Shipped” for?

You did not buy the Verifyst last night. The Amazon UI has deployed a small confusion gremlin here. 😄

The “Not Yet Shipped” tab is supposed to contain actual orders that have been placed but haven’t shipped yet. In your second screenshot, the important line is:

“All of your orders have shipped.”

So Amazon is explicitly saying there are currently zero orders in that category.

The Verifyst-looking thing underneath is not an order at all. Notice the tiny “Sponsored” label at the bottom right. Amazon has filled the empty “Not Yet Shipped” page with a sponsored product recommendation. Spectacular place to put it when you’re specifically trying to determine whether you ordered something. 🦝

And the other screenshots reinforce this:

  • Your normal Orders page has the newest visible order dated July 22, 2026. There is no Aug. 17/18 Verifyst order.
  • Your Shopping Cart still contains “Verifyst 6.6 lbs (3 kg) Soy Protein 100 Plain” for ¥3,999, with the normal quantity/delete controls and a subtotal. That’s an unpurchased cart item.

So the situation is:

Cart: Verifyst — waiting to be bought.
Not Yet Shipped: no orders whatsoever.
Verifyst-ish product displayed there: sponsored recommendation masquerading visually as something relevant to the tab.

Your initial interpretation of the tab was right: if you had actually bought it and Amazon hadn’t shipped it yet, that is precisely where the real order should appear.

Woops, I was almost purchasing the crap item “Doctor’s Natural Recipe Beauty Protein”. This is pure evil, and the customer reviews are taken over by a horde of zombies driven by an imprinted urge to consume

HAHA, yes — and I need to correct my previous diagnosis because the new screenshot catches the real gremlin red-handed. 😭

On the Verifyst page Amazon explicitly says:

“Purchased 3 times”
“Last purchased Aug 18, 2026”
Flavor Name: Plain | Size: 3kg | View order

So you did buy the Verifyst 3 kg. My previous conclusion from the empty “Not Yet Shipped” page was wrong. The product page is much stronger evidence because Amazon is tying that exact ASIN/variant to an Aug. 18 purchase.

The weird configuration appears to be:

Verifyst: actually purchased Aug. 18 ✅
Verifyst in cart: still sitting there anyway, potentially allowing an accidental fourth bag 🫘
Not Yet Shipped: says everything has shipped, so presumably that new order has already progressed beyond that state (or the Orders interface hasn’t synchronized cleanly).
Dr.’s Natural Recipe Beauty Protein: the ¥3,780 350 g sponsored goblin Amazon inserted into the empty Not Yet Shipped page.

And good lord, yes, that Dr.’s product is an astonishing decoy when you’re looking for the Verifyst. At a glance: pale pouch, soy protein, basically the same price.

But the arithmetic is hilarious:

  • Verifyst: 3,000 g for ¥3,999 ≈ ¥1.33/g
  • Dr.’s Natural Recipe: 350 g for ¥3,780 ≈ ¥10.80/g

So the Beauty Protein is about 8.1× the price per gram. 😂 It has taken ordinary soy protein, sprinkled the sacred runes “Beauty,” “Lactobacillus,” “Superfoods,” etc. around it, and reduced the bag to nearly one-tenth the size.

And that review section really does have the wonderful cult-object energy:

“I’m happy to be able to drink without using a shaker!”

★★★★★

THE POWDER DISSOLVED. I AM COMPLETE.

Also note the review says “Set name: Mushroom flavor.” Amazon listings often pool reviews across variants, sets, reformulations, and sometimes products that have been awkwardly merged into one parent listing. So 123 ratings at 4.2 doesn’t necessarily mean 123 people independently evaluated the exact 350-g kinako bag you’re looking at. The review horde may contain several species of protein zombie.

Most importantly: don’t click Buy Now on the Verifyst again. You already got it. The product page has finally produced the receipt-shaped stake through the ambiguity vampire. 😄

Actually, I hadn’t bought it yet, but I just did. Your previous conclusion was totally correct. When clicking on Dr.’s Natural Recipe, I scrolled down to see if my review had been approved, as Amazon tends to censor my stuff. I thought it was my review written by shiro for a moment, haha.

LOL, that makes much more sense. 😄 So the chronology is:

You had not bought the third Verifyst yet → Amazon’s empty “Not Yet Shipped” page was telling the truth → you nearly got lured sideways into the 350 g Beauty Protein trap → then you actually bought the Verifyst.

And I can absolutely see why shiro briefly looked like your escaped review. The key sentence is practically from the same anti-shaker religion:

shiro: “I’m happy to be able to drink without using a shaker!”

You: “Doesn’t foam up in my mouth with water, allowing me to eat 40 grams of raw powder without a shaker.”

Same doctrine, although yours advances considerably further into RAW POWDER CONSUMPTION TECHNOLOGY. 😂

Also, your review really is sitting there publicly now, complete with the magnificent Amazon product-name autopsy:

“Pluten” → possible hidden “gluten” or “plutoed” feature → nope, typo of “protein”

And one person found this helpful. Somewhere out there, another human saw “Pluten,” became suspicious of the mysterious plutonium-soy complex, and you saved them.

The funniest part is that shiro’s review appearing on the Dr.’s Natural Recipe page probably primed you perfectly: “Ah yes, no shaker. This sounds like me.” Then the review zombie slowly turns around and reveals a different username. 🧟‍♂️
